Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! However, we understand that there are some cases in which items need to be returned.  Please review the policy below for more information. 

POP-UP Shops (Effective July 1, 2021)

All sales made at Pop-Up Shops are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return and Exchange Policy COVID-19 (Effective May 1, 2020) 

 In an effort to keep all of our clients safe, we will not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased during the COVID-19 pandemic. I encourage you to email us at vinkaistyes@gmail.com if you have a question about sizing before making a purchase. All sales made during the COVID-19 pandemic are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Return and Exchange Policy (Currently suspended due to COVID-19 effective May 1, 2020)

VinKai Styles will issue a refund in the form and amount of original tender paid less shipping and handling fees for items that are returned when each of the following conditions are met:

  • All returns must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. *Contact us to initiate the return process within 5 days upon receiving your items. See instructions below for more details. 
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. *Items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted and are not eligible for return.
  • The item(s) must be accompanied by the invoice.
  • Shoes must be returned their original box.                                               

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Hair Accessories: Bows, Headbands etc..
  2. All Jewelry
  3. Items listed as Final Sale.
  4. Items purchased on clearance
  5. Personalized Items and Custom T-Shirts

Please Note:

  • Do not send your return back before contacting us and receiving approval to return your items. 
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  1.  Submit all return requests for approval to vinkaistyles@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Type Return in the subject line and include your order number and reason for return in the body of your email.
  2. Once we have approved your request, complete return card provided through email link and send your items(s) using local post.
  3. Return Address: P.O. Box 125, Eads, TN 38028
  4. Once items are received and inspected your refund should process within 7-10 business days. You will receive a refund for your returned items less shipping and handling.

    Exchanges:

    We kindly advise you to and place a new order for any item that you wish to exchange.  We cannot guarantee product availability for exchanges and we do not put items on hold.
